Before my first global product, this is what I would validate
Confirm demand, distribution, and willingness to pay before writing the first line of code.
Many products do not fail because they are poorly made. They fail because they were built in the wrong direction for too long.
Start with a specific person
Describe a person precisely: what are they trying to do, where does the work become painful, and what are they already paying for instead? A specific problem is much easier to test.
Look for commitment, not applause
Likes and “nice idea” comments are not demand. A waitlist, a pre-order, an interview, or a referral to a teammate are far stronger signals.
Make validation part of the product
Write down each assumption, test, and result. It becomes the most honest context for every product decision that follows.
